These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the EasyCV.ai website and application (the "Service"), operated by Juliano Majally, Entrepreneur individuel, SIRET 924 136 823 00037, 11 Rue Alexis Mossa, 06000 Nice, France.
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
EasyCV.ai is an online CV builder that allows you to create, edit, and download professional CVs in PDF format. The Service includes free features (CV editor, templates, PDF export) and paid AI-powered features (CV enhancement, review, tailoring, ATS scoring, cover letter generation).
2. Account and Access
No account creation is required. A unique anonymous identifier (UUID) is assigned automatically on your first visit. You may optionally link an email address to recover your credits across devices.
3. Free Features
The CV editor, free templates, and PDF download are available without charge and without limitation. No credit card is required for free features.
4. Free Tier and Pricing
Building a CV and downloading it (with a watermark) is free. New users also receive 3 free AI actions. Beyond that, AI features and watermark-free downloads are unlocked by a one-time time pass: €4.90 (1 day), €12.90 (7 days) or €24.90 (1 month). A pass grants unlimited AI use and watermark-free downloads for its duration. Passes are one-time purchases — there is no subscription and no automatic renewal. All prices are in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes.
Business and organization accounts may instead use a shared, prepaid credit pool funded by their administrator; this is governed by a separate agreement.
5. Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By purchasing a pass, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
6. Refund Policy
A pass is a one-time digital purchase, activated immediately and granting unlimited AI use and watermark-free downloads for its duration. Passes are non-refundable once purchased, except in cases of technical failure that prevented us from delivering the service. In such cases, contact us at contact@easycv.ai and we will make it right.
7. Your Content
You retain full ownership of the CV content you create. We do not claim any rights over your personal data or CV content. Your CV data is stored locally in your browser and is under your control.
8. AI-Generated Content
AI features provide suggestions based on your input. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI suggestions.
9. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the Service
- Abuse AI features (automated scripting, excessive requests)
- Create CVs containing false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Resell or redistribute AI credits
10. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, templates, and branding, is the property of Juliano Majally. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.
11. Availability and Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Juliano Majally shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost opportunities resulting from CV content.
13. Data Protection
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR.
14. Age Requirement
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
15. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Nice, France.
